Two Girls

It was rummaging through vintage advertising posters at Sanlitun in Beijing last 2008 that I first saw prints of these 2 Chinese girls wearing intricate dresses presenting beauty products. It was nostalgic assuming that the posters must've been printed in the early 1900s when China was at the mercy of the Opium War. I bought one and never got the chance to frame it. The brand is literally called Two Girls.

The other day, I saw these 2 girls again, on a vendo machine in Silvercord mall. I thought what genius! A fine example of how brands can carry on promoting products in this day and age. I got myself a tube of hand cream and a bunch of postcards.

Check out Two Girls product line here.
