City Guide to New York Part I: Broadway, Union Square & Flatiron

The Flatiron Building
1 E 23rd St.

Did you know that Flatiron building was designed by Daniel Burnham,
same planner and architect of Baguio City in the Philippines?

Further up 23rd St. and 5th Avenue, we stop for 5 minutes to marvel at the famous Flatiron Building. Happy to see it for the first time and not in a postcard. Such a beauty.

That week, New York artist Gywneth Lynch's paper cup drawings were on display.

Next: Mario Battali's Eataly!
